INNER YOU DIET

(Lose up to 3 Pounds in 1 Day)

This diet is simple and easy to follow. You will see great results
in just 1 day with up to 3 pounds of weight loss. This diet is
designed to be done for 1 day and 1 day only. If you need to
repeat this diet, you should eat normally for 2 days before
restarting it.

THE DIET

For one day you will need the following items:
1 pound fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
2 oz grated cheddar cheese
1/2 raw onion
1 stick of celery
1/2 green pepper, remove seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Distilled water or mineral

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Season
to taste and add the distilled water until the required consistency
is achieved.
This should make 8 small glasses of liquid food.
One glass is to be consumed every 2 hours throughout the day.
