SPEEDY CLEANSING DIET
(Lose up to 3 Pounds in 1 Day)
This is a very simple, delicious and effective one-day diet of fruit
and vegetable salad. You will see fantastic results in just 1 day.
This diet is designed to be done for 1 day and 1 day only. If you
need to repeat this diet, you should eat normally for 2 days
before restarting it.
THE DIET
For the fruit and vegetable salad, you will need:
1/4 small honey dew melon
1/4 small cantaloupe
1 small cucumber
3 regular sized tomatoes
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers
Peel the honey dew melon and cantaloupe, remove the seeds,
then dice
Remove skin and seeds from tomatoes and dice into small pieces
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Add dressing that you will make with 1 tablespoon white wine
vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, pepper, salt and garlic to taste,
sprinkle of fresh parsley if available.
Mix well.
Store the salad in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat it.
Divide into 3 equal portions to eat at normal mealtimes.
Breakfast:
1 bowl of salad
1 slice of whole-grain toast
Thin slice of Cheddar Edam or Gouda cheese
1 cup of herbal tea with lemon, no sugar
Lunch:
1 bowl of salad
1 cup natural yogurt
1 cup of herbal tea with lemon, no sugar
Dinner:
1 bowl of salad
1 small glass of fruit juice
1 slice of whole-wheat toast
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
1 cup of herbal tea with lemon, no sugar
