QUICK WEIGHT LOSS DIET

(Lose up to 4 Pounds in 1 Day)

This diet is great for fast weight loss. However, you must follow
it on a day when you can stay in and rest. You can spend the
time reading or pampering yourself during this time. This diet is
designed to be done for 1 day and 1 day only. If you need to
repeat this diet, you should eat normally for 3-4 days before
restarting it.

THE DIET

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs
2 pints of low fat milk
1 8 oz glass of fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon oil (olive oil, flaxseed oil, or vegetable oil)
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and drink throughout the day at
hourly intervals or whenever you feel hungry. Do not drink or eat
anything else during this time.
If you get really thirsty, you can have a glass of mineral water or
distilled water.
