GRAPE LOVER’S DIET
(Lose up to 4 Pounds in 2 Days)
This program is a very simple program and is very effective. If
you like grapes, then this is the program for you. Use fresh
green or red seedless grapes. This diet is designed to be done for
2 days and 2 days only. If you need to repeat this diet, you
should eat normally for 2-3 days before restarting it.
THE DIET
Breakfast:
1 glass of warm milk with 1 teaspoon honey
1 boiled egg
6-8 fresh grapes
Mid Morning:
1 small bunch of fresh grapes
1 glass of unsweetened grape juice
Lunch:
1 glass of warm milk with 1 teaspoon honey
1 boiled egg
6-8 fresh grapes
Mid Afternoon:
1 cup of herbal tea with lemon, no sugar
Dinner:
Grape Salad: cut 20-30 grapes in half and add 1 medium green
pepper, chopped, and a few sprigs of watercress or a couple of
lettuce leaves. Make a dressing from the juice of 1 lemon and a
teaspoon of honey and pour over the salad.
REPEAT THIS DIET FOR 1 MORE DAY.
