PINEAPPLE AND RICE DIET
(Lose up to 4 Pounds in 2 Days)
Rice as we know is a very simple food, but can be a very delicious
food when eaten with certain other foods. This is a very
refreshing rice diet with pineapple to top it off. This diet is
designed to be done for 2 days and 2 days only. If you need to
repeat this diet, you should eat normally for 2 days before
restarting it.
THE DIET
Breakfast:
1 glass of fresh unsweetened pineapple juice
1 slice of fresh pineapple
Lunch:
1 cup boiled rice
1 fried or poached egg
1 glass of fresh unsweetened pineapple juice
Dinner:
1 cup of boiled rice
Small portion of spinach and steamed white fish
1 glass of fresh unsweetened pineapple juice
You may also have 3 additional glasses of mineral water or herbal
tea with lemon each day.
REPEAT THIS DIET FOR 1 MORE DAY.
