PRESSED FOR TIME DIET
(Lose up to 5 Pounds in 2 Days)
This diet will help you to get into those skinny jeans that you
have been setting aside for the past few weeks. It is a very
effective diet, which consists of a healthy slimming drink to be
taken 3 times a day along with delicious fruit and nuts. This diet
is designed to be done for 2 days and 2 days only. If you need to
repeat this diet, you should eat normally for 2-3 days before
restarting it.
THE DIET
At each meal, 3 times a day, mix together the following
items:
6 tablespoons unsweetened apple juice
6 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon plain natural yogurt
1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk or honey
Mix all ingredients together well and drink slowly in small sips.
With this drink you can have:
Either 10 – 12 fresh strawberries, sliced
Or 2 fresh pears, sliced
Or 2 fresh peaches, sliced
Or 1 large banana, sliced
To the fruit you select, add either 10-12 walnuts, hazelnuts or
almonds and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
In between meals you may have 1 cup of either mint or herbal
tea or plain tea without milk. Do not have more than 3 cups per
day.
REPEAT THIS DIET FOR 1 MORE DAY.
