COTTAGE CHEESE DIET
(Lose up to 3 Pounds in 2 Days)
This program is very simple and will give great results while
giving you a general feeling of well being. This diet is designed to
be done for 2 days and 2 days only. If you need to repeat this
diet, you should eat normally for 2-3 days before restarting it.
THE DIET
Breakfast:
4 oz cottage cheese
1 grapefruit
1 cup of herbal or lemon tea
Mid Morning:
1 cup of herbal or lemon tea
Lunch:
4 oz cottage cheese
1 large slice of melon
1 cup of herbal or lemon tea
Mid Afternoon:
1 cup of herbal or lemon tea
Dinner:
4 oz cottage cheese
1 grapefruit
1 cup of herbal or lemon tea
REPEAT THIS DIET FOR 1 MORE DAY.
